Our Veterinarians
Dr. Shakyra Rosario
Dr. Rosario’s passion for animals started in early childhood, growing up around horses and farm animals in her family ranch in Puerto Rico. After graduating from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, she took up the challenge of performance medicine working with equine athletes in Puerto Rico’s racetrack.
Working in Oregon since 2008, she transferred her knowledge and experience, including her chiropractic certifications to small animals in 2017. It was in this setting that she fell in love with surgery and continued her advocacy for preventive care. She is passionate about developing relationships and having a team approach with owners for the care of our beloved pets/family members.
She values clear communication and targeted diagnostics and treatments to ensure optimal health and long, happy lives.
When Dr Rosario is not caring for her patients in clinic, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children, exploring the great outdoors, dancing, and functional fitness.
Dr. Caroline O'Sullivan
Dr. O’Sullivan’s passion for animal care began early, shaped by her love of the natural world and her commitment to understanding how animals learn and thrive. She earned her Master’s degree in Environmental Education before completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Purdue University, where she pursued a mixed‑animal rotation for broad species experience and later trained in exotic medicine in Tasmania.
After settling in Las Vegas, she developed special interests in small animal medicine, large‑breed dogs, and pain management. A dedicated practitioner of Fear Free Animal Handling, she prioritizes reducing fear, anxiety, and stress for patients, families, and the veterinary team.
Her continued training through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society and in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine allows her to blend Western diagnostics with acupuncture, holistic nutrition, herbal therapies, and individualized wellness planning. She values clear communication and personalized, long‑term care to support each patient’s comfort and well‑being.
Outside the clinic, Dr. O’Sullivan enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, and continuing her lifelong commitment to learning.

Brittany Yuch
Client Service Specialist
Brittany Yuch discovered her love for animals at a young age — a connection that deepened after a life‑changing moment when a snake saved her life. That early experience shaped her lifelong commitment to caring for animals and supporting the people who love them. From a young age, she ran her own doggy daycare and boarding service, and later spent years working on ranches, where she embraced the hard work, responsibility, and joy that come with caring for animals of all kinds.
Brittany’s core values — love, honesty, hard work, caring, and respect — guide every interaction she has as a Client Service Specialist. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for clients and believes deeply in the importance of the human–animal bond. She thrives in a team environment and is always willing to go above and beyond to make things possible for pets and their owners.
Outside the clinic, Brittany loves spending time outdoors and being with her family. Her cat, her “baby boy with a feisty streak,” holds a special place in her heart.
